A Palpable Relationship: Your New Heart

I see many people teaching others not to trust their hearts, because of words spoken in the Bible to a lost people.
But if you didn't already know, you have been found! And you're found in Christ!
That old wicked heart, along with the rest of your old self, died upon the cross with Christ.

Of course, we are born again and no one is born without a heart!

Our heart is a gift from God. It's part of our salvation as Ezekiel 11:19 shows.

Our new heart's entire function is communication with Him.

One way is through your desires, which are really His desires for you.
He put those desires in your heart...
To give you a hope and a promise...
And, ultimately, to reveal Himself and His love for you.

This heart is also for receiving revelation.
He's excited about His relationship with you and wants to reveal His goodness to you.
And when He does this, your heart experiences His peace and that peace guards your heart.

So, don't let anyone lead you into fearing what the Lord has given you.
Plus, you can trust the Spirit to lead you to all truths.
Trust the Spirit to speak to you what is of God.
And always remember how your Father speaks... in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.
Above all other persuasions, I say follow your new heart, because Christ dwells there.

Don't miss out on another beautiful way to commune with Him!
